$700k computer build?

Hi, please can anyone suggest me a good $700 computer build. let it not be AMD cuz there are much taxes on AMD products. better be intel. The build should play new games like Watch Dogs, Battlefield 4, the Evil within and dying light in high quality i dont prefer ultra. Thanks. Try as much good processor and GPU as you can, Thanks!

you won't get high for 700 in my opinion.
