Zotac gtx 750 psu requirements?

Hello, i am planning to buy a zotac gtx 750, and i am concerned about the required psu. On the nvidia website, it says 300 w, but i am concerned about the amps. How many amps should my psu have?

On your average system a GTX 750 requires 20 Amps on the 12v rail & a 400W PSU minimum

A reasonably good quality 300W or greater PSU with 20 amps or more on the 12v rail can run it.
