Can a page fault BSOD be caused by motherboard failure?

Was just wondering because I have been looking for a very long time for an answer to this BSOD and all the evidence online points to a RAM or driver issue but after a lot of looking around in my computer I have seen no RAM or driver faults. That being said the crashes very a lot each time from things like a straight up BSOD to my computer freezing and having no BSOD to having my sound crash but nothing else to even having my resolution become all wonky. I desperately need a new computer but don't have enough money to get the one I want. Seeing as how everything in my computer seems to crash randomly this would lead me to believe that my motherboard is causing the problem. Any suggestions?

You might want to:
- update your chipset drivers for your storage system
- put your drive on another port or SATA controller
- update BIOS, and enable hotswap on the sata port for your drive

do you get a actual memory dump .dmp file produced? You can post it on the cloud and people can take a quick look for common issue.

There's only one way to confirm that the RAM is healthy or faulty, and that's to test it.
Make a bootable CD containing 'Memtest86', boot your PC and test each module separately.
Get the CD Image of the free version here: http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm

You can use 'IMGBurn' to create the CD from the image file: http://filehippo.com/download_imgburn

Also test the hard drive with 'Drive Fitness Test for DOS' (same procedure to make the CD as above).
The CD Image is here: http://www.hgst.com/support/downloads/legacy-downloads#DFT
Note: DFT can't test drive's with capacity of 3 TB or greater.
