Can I Change CPU from pc to laptop?

hi everyone i have an pc that have pentium 4 3.0 GHz and when i see the information it was two of 3.0 GHz like dual core but i have an laptop that have dual core 2.1 Ghz(4.2 ghz :p) soo i was thinkig can i pass thoos dual core 3.0ghz to my laptop? its will works or not? pls help me.

Ummm, this is not in the least bit true. You can swap CPU's on tons of laptops.

last thing guys im not gonna change my laptop fine ;(,but can u help me choosing wich one of this 2 gaming pc is the best(its cheap :p)

no,i prefer the other one wtf,this one with 2.1ghz is fuking slow,i cant even watch a movie -_-
