motherboard not booting to bios first time using the mothermord debug code C0

im using a Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming G1 WIFI-BK ATX LGA1150 Motherboard and then i try to turn it on it gives me debug code 15 at the beginning then flashes quickly debug code that starts with C then comes to the code C0 and stays on that debug code till it restarts it self and repeats the process the manual dose not tell me what the codes that start with a c so what do these codes mean and how can i fix the motherhood so it goes to the bios

no it dose not show the bios and it restarts after 15 or so seconds

Same problem for me, any fix yet? User manual does not say what c0 means (it says reserved). I read a gigabyte forum post (though for a GA-x58) that said rapid beeps means power supply problem. I'm testing mine now.

Edit: FAIL. my voltages are way off. 3.3V pins are reading 4.2, 5V pins reading 7.
Chances are it's your PSU

Update: changed my psu, still got the rapid beeping and failed to boot. :(
Reinstalled memory cards and now it boots without error to the bios screen. Makes sense it was stopping on c0. (thanks blackbird)
Unfortunately windows fails on startup, and my DVD drive is dead too. I guess I got some damage when the PSU went.
Hope it works out better for the OP.
