How should I format my partitions?

Im building a gaming pc and I was planning on triple booting win 7, arch linux, and os k snow leapord (updating to maverick after installing disk) I have no idea how to format my disks because I have an ssd id like to put the boot drives on and a 2 tb HDD ud like to put files on. It is already a pain to configure with one OS. i can tell you what to do for windows.

install windows on SSD, then change some files directories like documents, musics, download and even desktop if you want. Right click those files and change their location into your HDD.

One other big problem when you want to manage your SSD is internet temp files. You have two options.

1- install chrome or mozilla into HDD
2- change temp files location (it is tricky so if you want, just ask me ill send you some guides for IE or Chrome)

Then i know Linux distro can detect windows intallation and create their own partition at installation. Also, unless you plan on gaming with steam on linux, i would recommend installing linux on your HDD.
