Recently, I had a brief scare about my PC being unable to boot. I tried the paper clip test and proved that my power supply, a Seasonic X-Series 750W, was functional. When I re-wired everything the PC Booted! ...for 10 seconds before immediately loosing power. Any ideas on what the problem is and how to fix it?

Thanks

your psu is top class, i wouldnt worry about it.!however you sould state your specs. also go through this troublshooting list. seems like a shorting out issue. also make sure mobo isnt touching the psu. focus on section 3 http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems
