so i was installing my second 780ti into my ASUS z87-a mobo (yes it does support SLI up to quad) and the first slot works without a issue but when i tried putting a gpu into the second slot (the first black one) i got nothing from it, nothing was seeing that i have a second gpu in it, i tried to do a single gpu in it and still had no luck, could the slot be dead or something? both gpus work just fine, tested them both with the first slot, drivers up to date and all.

More about : sli mobo issue

Did you put on the SLI connector? Or have enough power?

Check your bios, perhaps you have to enable sli.

Boot up and keep hitting F2 until the BIOS pops up. It shouldn't be hard to figure out where to enable SLI, your motherboard has a nice BIOS menu that lets you use your mouse and isn't complicated looking.
