Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs.

Are all these parts compatible and should I be worried about that warning PCPartPicker gave to me?

It's a 2 year old CPU. The boards would of been updated a long time ago.

The first months those boards were available they didnt support Vishera out of the box [ because Vishera had not been released yet ] . If you are buying from a retailer with regular refreshes of stock then you will have no problems

The 970 pro 3 is too cheap if you expect to overclock . The absolute minimum would be the 970 extreme3
Definitely avoid the MSI boards since they catch fire too often

Your psu is below the minimum recommended wattage for your graphics card . 600 watts + , but it should be OK

If you use windows 8 64 bit you can re-use it on two more motherboards . Win7 oem is locked to the first board and can not be re-used .
Its easy to add a start button using a program called classic shell . Its free
