Here is the two i have found so far that are in my price range. I do not want to go over $90, cheaper if possible :D . But if any one can suggest a better one for the price please tell me. And please do not ask me to OC as i do not wish to do any OC on this certain build.

You should get a H97 but you're not going to get much choice for $90. The ASRock H97 Fatal1ty or Asus H97 Pro is preferable.

For your price I would recommend this

It's just the ATX form factor of your second choice, but pretty much identical in price.

the killer is better but only get it if your running more than one gpu's. they will both perform exactly how you wish it should because your not OCing

Micro. It's a microATX board instead of a normal ATX board, basically it's smaller

That's what you chose. Change your mind if you want. We only provide advice. Get the Fatal1ty.

Yeah fatal1ty killer is better upgrade/feature wise. If you don't plan on upgrading or such then just go with the pro4

Ohhh ok thanks guys. Well i have a great Surround surround System and i really want one with an Optical out. Is the only difference between the H97M and the H97 is that one is smaller an that one has an optical out?

Yes and also that the "bigger" one (fatal1ty) features better upgrade path

Ahh in your case with a great sound system, the optical out is the way to go then. ATX form factors usually feature more expansion slots but you may not need them.

The only thing i will install in this one is the MSI R9 280. If i want to upgrade latter on i will buy the MSI Z97-Gaming 3
So you think that the AsRock H97M will be my best go? Will the MSI R9 280 will work with the H97M due to it being so small? I hope it also fits in my Rosewill challenger case.

The H97m will fit since that case accepts ATX and mATX boards. All you need for the 280x is a PCIe x16 slot which all the boards you mentioned have.

Don't buy the msi gaming 3 in the future. Get a gigabyte gaming 5 instead. And yes that mobo will fit.

Hmm ok, why is that? I know MSI has good Quality products so is that MB a bad one?

Thanks to everyone on here! See i just want a MB that supports Haswell, the LGA 1150 socket, has 1xHDMI and 1xOptical Audio Out. I do not care the size or color. Oh an i want an Optical Out because i have a Gran Turismo Racing system setup. A full 5.1 surround sound system that was well over $1,000 the Logiteck G27, and a Playseat evolution GT5 edition. People ask me why i want a PC and why mess with a PC when i have a PS3? Well i tell them, because i want the flexibility of a PC which has much better GPU than any console and much cheaper, people compare the consolle to the price of a GPU of a PC which is stupid, like a GPU similar the the PS4 is around $60 in my openion. I want a PC so i do not neet to wait 6 minutes on Skyrim for a loading screen, so i can play iRacing-a real driving simulator, so i can save money, but most of all is because of MODS!
