Windows Freezing, can't find the source.

Hey Guys, for the past few days I've been trying my best to find the source of my computer troubles with no results yet.

Last week I bought a few new components:

-CPU Heatsink & Fan - Same model, Just a newer one (last one was 3+ years old)
-SSD - Mushkin Cronos
-New Case to house it all in

Then my computer started freezing, the pointer is frozen, if there's sound playing it will endlessly loop. The HD light is off so it doesn't seem to be an issue with my main hard drive.

I've taken a few steps to try and diagnose the problem:

-Removed and reseated all the Ram
-Removed and reseated my GPU
-Ensured all the fans were working properly
-Checked all the system temperatures (everything including the CPU is running well under 40)
-Removed the Heatsink, noticed I may have gone overboard on thermal paste (maybe the heat was pooling in the sides?) and carefully replaced it making sure to follow proper techniques.
-Checked Event Viewer: the only critical is the Kernel Power message from the hard reboot.
-EDIT* : Forgot to mention I also ran a check disk on the main hard drive it was last defraggmented last week and seems to be working at 100% check disk showed no errors

After trying all of the above I went ahead and bought a new power supply (though I'm almost certain the original one was fine). I installed the new power supply and still have the same issue :/

I should note that I haven't even migrated my OS to the new hard drive, I'm still running off the original hard drive, but I do have the SSD already connected and loaded into the system.

I'm going to go buy a compression duster now and make sure everything is spotless as well as try booting without the SSD connected to see if that could be the issue (though could a secondary drive without files be causing a crash?) I'll also try running memtest just in case.

Last resort I'll try swapping everything back to the original case without any of the new parts (old heat sink included) but what could be going on in the new case? static issues?

Replaced the cpu heatsink (though as I said temps were fine)

Removed SSD

Still crashed twice today...

I'm going to try a fresh windows installation on the SSD since that's likely not the issue and I'll see where it goes from there... this blows... Anyone have any idea?

Fresh windows installation on the new SSD (After rooting out that it was not infact the cause of the crashing) Still had a crash afterwards :/

I'm still only getting the kernel power error caused by an unclean shutdown but that obviously doesn't tell me anything, I wish I was getting something, even a bsod would be amazing as it'd at least point me in some direction... Im currently running prime 95, CPU average is at 54 with none of the cores passing 70 at peaks (currently all under 64)

Bad CPU? Bad GPU? Bad Ram? Bad motherboard? how can I test these to root out the problem device
