Hi guys, so yesterday I went to the store and purchased all the parts I need to build my own gaming PC. This is my first time building one, so please excuse my lack of knowledge.

The case comes with 3 standard fans, and an inbuilt fan controller. But I'm not sure how to hook it all up correctly...

Firstly I have 4 of these cables that are part of the case that I assume are for all the built in fans...

And according to the motherboard manual, I think I am supposed to plug them into parts on the motherboard that look like this?

But they are both male ends, they both have pins so that cannot be correct...

The last cable that is part of the case looks like this and I believe is the 'fan controller':

Now I was reading something about plugging that into a female 'molex' that comes with my PSU.

My PSU is the Aero Cool GT-1050S. Inside the box it came with another box with spare cables... and the only one that fits the fan controller looks like this but it is very confusing:

There is also another cable my PSU came with but I don't think this is needed for this:

And finally these are the input areas on my PSU:

So could someone please help me and explain how exactly I wire my fans correctly... As I am very lost at this moment, all help is appreciated, thank you.

Solution
Oh, I see. That cable/connector was the other end of the PSU cable. Yes, that is the end that plugs into any black PSU header. The red headers are clearly marked PCIe and are for the PCIe cables (gfx card).

When you use the case's fan controller, you won't need the motherboard headers. Just plug the case fans into the cables in your 1st link.

Yes, the Molex in the 3rd link plugs into the Molex in your 4th link. That powers the fan controller.

The 5th link is 2 more Molex and an 8 pin I can't identify. It looks like either a 4+4 power cable for the CPU power or a 6+2 PCIe cable... but neither of them should have a pair of red wires.

The last link I have no idea which cables you are referring to.

Thanks for the response,

Yes, the case comes with the fans already plugged into the controller and apparently these wires are just spares for more fans if need be...

Okay so I have plugged that in like so:

Nevermind those other cables sorry.

All I need to know now is how to plug the other end of the cable into my power supply..
Here are the input spots on my PSU: http://puu.sh/aiQYe/eb9e71e5a2.jpg
I think that it needs to go into the red part, but I am not sure, what confuses me is the end of the female molex cable that I have plugged my fan controller into (male molex) only has 3x2 Pins, whereas the spot on the PSU is 4x2. How do I go about this?
