New budget PC gaming build RAM help please

I play minecraft and I love to pvp but I can't get over 20 fps and I wanna play fps games but my graphics card is outdated and can't run battlefield 3
Here's what I picked out
PCPartPicker part list: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/fbvYmG

The western caviar is simply for price to replace my 64gb ssd since its not shown on PC part picker

I'm not sure if I should invest into 12gb
I would like to play minecraft on ultra settings and battlefield on ultra settings as well

No need for 12gb RAM, 8 is fine. I left in the WD as the place holder but upgraded to a much better GPU and better CPU cooler, also a better PSU, and same speed but cheaper RAM. The Case is a mid-tower so it's smaller but it has very good airflow and is one of the best budget cases on the market.

  2. I prefer to stay with NVIDIA(updated drivers, shadowplay etc.) is there a better And like GeForce series is there a better NVIDIA GeForce gtx card I could get for the price?
  3. You could get a GTX 660 for around the same price as a 270x. It's not quite as good as a 270x but it's better than a 750 ti.
