Second HDD Not Showing

So yesterday i re-installed windows 7 and i had to make a 100gb partition of my 1tb hard drive to properly install it. my problem is, neither that nor my second hard drive with all my files and steam games are not showing up. how would i fix this?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I posted another thread and it was fixed by re-assigning the drive path, but thanks for the answer anyways. Also, it was a hard drive that had been used in the past.
