Been using the same setup for about 2-3 years, and i sit down today to see a black bar at the bottom of my display, And everything on the monitor looks fuzzy now.
I try to move the over-scan options in AMD control center, but it won't help.
At max over-scan it cuts off like 4 columns of pixels from the sides.
And at one notch less, it cuts off 3 rows off the bottom, and makes it fuzzy.
Looks like it's having trouble displaying 1920x1080 properly, but i know for a fact it can. it worked just the day before.
Running on windows 8.1, dual monitors.
