New pc build, do i have enough power?

I am worried about my 550w psu not being enough :ouch:

. I picked up the gpu last minute because it was on sale and a good deal.

Yeah, you have enough. All you really need for that setup is 500 watts. I would have told you to get a better quality PSU but you already purchased it, but still you have enough power.

I've never heard of that PSU, and its not even on the tier list. I'd invest some money in a tier 3 or above 500w PSU, if you can. https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100w10500kr Here's a cheap t3 $29.99

Alright well i canceled the amazon order. I guess i can order a better psu on payday next week. What psu should i look at for my pc?

The one I linked will do fine. If you're willing to spend $59.99 you can get a tier 1 550 watt PSU

A quality 450W is more than enough. Definitely return that Ark PSU, I can't even find the OEM on it which means that is is going to be complete junk. Go with Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, etc. Give me a budget for your PSU and I'll recommend you one.

Yes, they are good enough. Tier 3 is baseline for PSUs. As I've said before if you're willing to spend a bit more you can get a quality psu, but yeah both of those will do.

This one is 550watts but it will be about $64 +shipping and handling and not including mail in rebate. If you include mail in rebate it will be $55. This is a good PSU as well and is on the same tier as the one Blaise170 provided while having more watts as well

I'd suggest getting the Capstone if you can. Those particular Seasonic models have a problem with coil whine under load.

It is a tier 3 PSU. But it is 600 watts. It will power your build just fine.
