Could my MOBO be broken? (Running out of options here)

So I just finished building my epic build called "Outer Heaven" (Specs Below)
i7-4790k
16gb corsair vengeance
Corsair h100i
Asus Extreme 6 z97 Mobo
Samsung evo 250gb SSD
EVGA Gtx 780 acx sc
750w Gold certified EVGA PSU
Asus PCE-N15 wifi card

And so I finish building everything up and installing windows, and I start to install my drivers for everything so I put in all the disks and do that.

Long story short I save the wireless card for last (An Asus PCE-N15) but EVERY time I go to install the drivers for the wifi card the computer freezes, no blue screen no nothing, it just freezes and forces me to restart :/ Now I think I've tried everything at this point, I even went and put the drivers on a USB, installed them that way, and then when I tried to hook up to the wifi it freezes then...Could this be a problem with the MOBO as a whole? Or is it just hardware related?

I just dropped $2500 on this PC and Ethernet is NOT an option for me, which horrifies me if I can't get wifi working...

Side note: It worked once before I had to go to work thats how I downloaded skyrim, but when I turned the PC off when I got home from work it was doing the same thing (Freezing as soon as it goes to communicate with wireless networks...please help)

Solution
Do you have a different wifi card you can try? Surely it's more likely the wifi card that's faulty than the mobo?

Look in Device Manager - if there are no unknown devices listed (presuming the wifi card is removed) chances are everything else is ok.

I would return the wifi card
