I recently have my system a few upgrades which included a new CPU (4790k) a new CPU cooler (corsair h80i) and a new psu (ax860i).
I replaced a i5 4760k which had a cm hyper 212 evo on it, which had always ran cool at a 4.2 overclock.
The new system idles at 35-40 degrees and when being stressed under prime 95 it rockets to 85+ degrees in a matter of seconds.
This seems incredibly wrong to me! Could the pump block not be seated correctly? I am really at a loss about what to do!
