Buying a new computer!

Solution
Most of the components look good, but I would not recommend that power supply. It is not very efficient (78% peak, according to the manufacturer) and people have had problems on high powered systems.

You can do significantly better buying individual components, but the price would be higher (of course).

Here are my comments:

The CPU is good, if you will not be overclocking.
The memory isn't bad, but there are much better ones available and you should always purchase a set (2 modules for socket 1150).
The motherboard is pretty good, and includes SLI support.
The hard drive is okay, and is one of the best in price.

For a comparable set of components from NewEgg that are much better (and made to last), I would go for these:

$56...

Seems like you can get much better prices if you shop yourself.

1- CPU is OK. 4690 is nice if you dont like overclocking.

2- Go with a cheaper H97 motherboard. If you are not going to sli, dont buy sli compatible mobo.

3- 4GB RAM is not enough. Get 2x4gb in one package.

4- Never heard of SolidGear. Seasonic is a quality PSU maker, go with them :)

the site u have mentioned are asking too much money for the gpu ....

here same card at low price ...

$56 Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-01 Case
$96 SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W Modular Power Supply
$110 ASRock Z97 Pro4 LGA 1150 Motherboard ($10 rebate available, but I did not discount the price)
$225 Intel Core i5-4690 Haswell Quad-Core 3.3GHz CPU
$95 CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 CMZ8GX3M2A2133C11R
$60 Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB Hard Drive
-----------------
$642

This gives you a case with USB 3.0 and audio ports, an excellent modular power supply, a good motherboard, the same CPU, much faster memory, twice as much memory, and the same hard drive.

In short, you are better off purchasing the components separately.
