I am going to buy SAPPHIRE GRAPHICS CARD R9 270 2GB DDR5 DUAL-X OC WITH BOOST. Which PSU will supports the graphics card Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU or Gigabyte superb e620 genuine 600 watt smps 600w

PSU's have the highest efficiency ratio when running under 60-80% load. So I'd say buy the 600W, but not that one, you should go for XFX or Thermaltake, rated at least bronze.
