Should be OK, 300w PSU is scraping it, but it should be fine.

I'm sorry, but I'm not very technically savvy. Can you elaborate on what you mean by my computer's PSU is 'scraping it'? I don't want to buy this GPU if it isn't going to last a long time or doesn't fit well.

psu = powersupply
he means your pc dont has a verry strong powersupply but i think it should be enough
