Hi,
I recently got a bargain off eBay I got a HP Pavilion P6-2375EA. It came with windows 8 already installed and has a A8-5500 and a Radeon HD 7450. I got this for just £104 so good or not that's still a bargain and I wanted to upgrade it anyway. But due to it being a stock motherboard I wasn't sure if it will let me upgrade from the 7450 or if it can is there a limit? I have already ordered another 4GB of ram to push it up to 8GB to help it along, but I was wondering what graphics card I should upgrade to if I can at all? If not I am willing to buy another motherboard if necessary.

Thanks:)
BTW I am new to PC gaming as you can tell, just started to swap from console....

XTempered is just plain incorrect, that CPU is more than enough to drive a midrange card. As for the memory, you should avoid mixing memory. If you can still do it, I would cancel your order and get the right memory module. As for the graphics card, I would advise something like a 270x for $160 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127794&cm_re=270x-_-14-127-794-_-Product . However, I don't really know your budget. Along with that card you will likely need a new PSU which is where this can get tricky. The motherboard you have is a standard ATX powered board, but the case may not fit a standard PSU, I'll need you to look into that. This would be another ~50 dollar investment if you have a cheap/low wattage PSU.

Any significantly stronger GPU would get bottlenecked. Mobo doesnt matter. Any Mobo can support any new GPU so long as it has a PCIe x16 slot. Moving on the the RAM side of things, The RAM wont work together if they're different sticks. You can possibly get two identical single stick to work together but if you want dual channel or simply a larger single stick you need to buy a new set. If you want dual channel you have to buy the dual sticks as a set or you're not guaranteed that it'll work and if it does they aren't guaranteed to run at the same speeds
