product key invalid or something ?

When trying to type my product key in, i try to type the letter 'S', it wont show up ?
its not the keyboard because its working now? i tried also using the 'on-screen keyboard' and that did not work either. Also tried using the email login, however it kept saying ' Sorry, we currently are having some temp server issues', which cant be right because this computer is connected to internet right now.

Has anyone else had this issue ?
Or anyone know how to fix it ?

MS Key Contents:

Here is a list of the most common mistaken characters:
The letter B and the number eight (8)
The letter Q and number zero (0)
The letter G and the number six (6)
The letters VV and the letter W

Additionally, a Microsoft product key does not contain any of the following characters:
Numbers (0, 1 and 5)
Letters (A, E, I, L, N, O, S, U, and Z)

Where did you get this info?
And my MSkey has N and 0 in it.
