Man iv been dealing with this problem too today...i never had such bad aa problems with gta v for the 360, but ever since i started a new story mode game on a different hard drive it looks terrible. The framerate is consistent, but the pixels are sharp, jagged edges- the AA (anti-aliasing) is practically non-existent. I have tried to revert to the way it was before, running it off of a 60gb internal hd, same hd the install disc installed to, and it still acts the exact same way.

There is one other thing that is different about my setup (post graphics failure) and that is i connected to a different tv, in fact my original screen is a 1080p monitor..and i just hooked up to a JVC tv, led or lcd probably. But i have adjusted settings to work better with my xbox such as turning sharpness down, tweaked certain "smart" features like digital noise reduction, and made sure it was displaying 720p. I did this because of some online advice i found in some forums, but no one seems to have a good, real fix.

Actually in the process of writing this I might have fixed it, or just minimized the problem. Mess with your tv settings, sharpness isnt necessarily a good thing, especially for a game w graphics like gta. Another thing to tweak on the tv is the contrast..sometimes less is more, sometimes more is less(lol whatever that means, but tweak it until it looks better) Also, make sure you run everything off of the same hard drive you installed the game on. If you have the autosaves on a different device than the install, it seems to lose all AA functionality, and the characters start looking weird, cars look like jagged boxes...etc.
-My problem specs: Xbox 360e, Install disc installed on 60gb microsoft hd, updates downloaded on 60gb hd as well, saved games ran from built in HDD (like 6gb capacity i think..?)
-My FIXED specs: Xbox 360e running saved games off of the same microsoft 60 gb hd that i have the updates and install disc on...as well as messing with the new display.

This is my first forum post of any kind, so sorry if its confusing or weird format, but i hope this helps. iv been working at this for hours now and just had to NOT do the ridiculous shit so many ppl are saying to do with the multiple hard drives and flash drives, and just clear cache's, mess with tv settings(ESPECIALLY SHARPNESS), and make sure all gta stuff is consolidated to one hard drive.

Cheers
