GPU: Palit GF GTX 770 OC 2GB NE5X770S1042F
MOBO: Asus Z87M-PLUS LGA1150/ Intel Z87/ DDR3/ Quad CrossFireX/ SATA3&USB3.0/ MicroATX
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 3.5" 1TB 7200RPM/64MB SATA 6.0Gb/s (WD10EZEX)
RAM: Crucial DIMM 4GB PC12800 DDR3 (CT51264BA160BJ)
Disk Drive: Samsung DVD-RW 24X BLACK SATA (SH-224DB/BEBE)
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster 5.1 VX

Only 4 GBs is quite a little amount of RAM I'd recommend getting 8GBs in a kit of 2x4Gbs. I don't know about the quality of Fractal Design PSUs so I recommend this XFX.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Memory: Patriot Viper 3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($74.94 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($69.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $144.93
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Do these ship to Europe without custom taxes, I am buying all the other parts in my country?

Also, get a Z97 board, they support the Broadwell chips coming out at Christmas, I think.

I'd use the Gigabyte GA-Z97X Gaming 7, but there are higher-end boards out there. It costs about 170$ USD.

H97 supports broadwell too, the non unlocked variants. We won't see desktop Broadwell CPUs till Q1 of 2015, by end of the year there will be only laptop CPUs of that generation.
Getting a K cpu and Z motherboard are only good if you are going to overclock.

I'd get the K version of the CPU he chose and the Z version of a mobo.

Replace the Palit gtx 770 (overpriced) for an ASUS or Gigabyte R9 290 it's better

Then again, those are only worth buying if you are going to overclock~
He didn't mention overclocking so recommending non-oc hardware is the first choice.

Then I'd get the non-K version which costs less and a H97 board (unless he wants to SLI/Crossfire).

Do not go cheap on the PSU.

The last thing you want is your psu having a firework show inside your case and taking out the system with it.

Here's a PSU tier list, try to get at least a tier one or two psu.

Don't worry. Other people had no problems with Raidmax. Try and you'll see.

Here's what I recommend so you can fit a good PSU in the budget:

-If you don't plan to sli or crossfire stick a H97 for the 4690.

- You can get a R9 280x if you want, it should be cheaper and performance is similar.

- Drop the soundcard. The motherboard comes with decent audio quality.

With the savings try to look for a XFX 650W, Antec 620W, or Seasonic 620W. Mainly look for a good PSU that is 600 watts and above.

Also upgrade the ram to 8GB ( 2x4GB).

Raidmax is one of the worse PSU manufacturers, I would never recommend anyone to get it. Their PSUs are garbage and are known to fail often.

Hardocp reviewed the 500W version and it failed their tests:
