Hey, I have wanted to do a build for a long time and I am looking to upgrade from my current PC (which is not too good.) So here is my build I am open to any advice that could help me. I want the best preformance for the least money my budget is around 800 Euros. I will also add more ram later (like a month from now.) So here is my build

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690 Haswell, LGA 1150, 3.5 GHz (Turbo 3.9 GHz)
GPU: Palit GF GTX 770 OC 2GB NE5X770S1042F
MOBO: Asus Z87M-PLUS LGA1150/ Intel Z87/ DDR3/ Quad CrossFireX/ SATA3&USB3.0/ MicroATX
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 3.5" 1TB 7200RPM/64MB SATA 6.0Gb/s (WD10EZEX)
RAM: Crucial DIMM 4GB PC12800 DDR3 (CT51264BA160BJ)
Disk Drive: Samsung DVD-RW 24X BLACK SATA (SH-224DB/BEBE)
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster 5.1 VX
PSU: FRACTAL Design Integra R2 650W
Cooler: COOLER MASTER HYPER 212 EVO UNIVERSAL COOLER RR-212E-16PK-R1

Solution

Don't worry. Other people had no problems with Raidmax. Try and you'll see.

Do these ship to Europe without custom taxes, I am buying all the other parts in my country?

H97 supports broadwell too, the non unlocked variants. We won't see desktop Broadwell CPUs till Q1 of 2015, by end of the year there will be only laptop CPUs of that generation.
Getting a K cpu and Z motherboard are only good if you are going to overclock.

I'd get the K version of the CPU he chose and the Z version of a mobo.

Then again, those are only worth buying if you are going to overclock~
He didn't mention overclocking so recommending non-oc hardware is the first choice.

Then I'd get the non-K version which costs less and a H97 board (unless he wants to SLI/Crossfire).

Get one from a known brand (Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, etc.)
