Designating specific games in Nvidia control Panel

I've read posts about getting your system to recognise specific games to get better performance, and in the case of Crysis 3, to allow a work around it's DX11 barrier. I have GeForce experience, but I can't optimise my games there due to my GTX295 GPU. It's now the only part of my system that the GE games optimiser won't support. I've tried to add Crysis 3 in my Nvidia control panel, but in the options drop down box, it only lists stuff in my C:\ drive, whereas I've got all my games on other drives. Is there a way to work around the C:\ drive only list, and get it to see all the games in my other drives? I've tried the 'global list' but it doesn't list just Crysis 3 there, instead there are several options such as Crysis.exe and I don't know if choosing any of them amounts to the same thing. Oh, and I'm on W7 OS in case that matters.

Thanks 17seconds.
My Nvidia control panel doesn't have a browse option.
Just to be clear, I'm in Manage 3D settings, in the Program Settings section, and if I check the box for Programs Only Found On This Computer, it seems to be stuff that's all in the C:\ drive. If I don't check the box mentioned, then I can access a long list of games, including 6 Crysis titles, but none of them are just Crysis 3. There's no Browse button anywhere that I can see. I will be able to contact an Origin advisor soon, and hopefully they can walk me thru the steps to change the DX setting on my Crysis 3. It could be handy to be able to manage my game settings thru the Nvidia control panel tho.

From there, click the "Add" button, scroll to the bottom and click "Browse".

Sorry 17 seconds, but we must have different Nvidia control panels. I definitely don't get a browse button. When I click add, it opens a box with a Core Folder and Crysis 3 listed there. At the bottom I have two options, 'open' and 'cancel'. Suffice to say, the nearest thing I get to a browse button, is the drop down menu with all the various games listed, but not a simple Crysis 3.
Thanks for all your attempted help, but I'm gonna get Crysis 3 de-DX11'd via Origin support now. :)
