I put in a password yesterday, per my antivirus, but now my computer isn't recognizing it. I may have changed the name of the computer or user name by mistake. How do I get to the other user names? It automatically puts a user name up and I can't get to any others.
After trying multiple times to boot up, it finally recognized my password. Now I need to learn how to make a password reset disk, just in case. How do I do that?
