Yes r9 290 is better than 780 and 280x but we lose 600$ od budget bcs we need to buy OS, keyboard, DVD driver, mouse, speakers and monitor. Lets say we have 900$ for the "real build" (lol). Yes u can get 2x4gb ram, and 650w.

When u get money buy an ssd, and CPU cooler.
In future get a 850w psu and the second 290.

okay so i have now two pc builds one with xeon (no overclocking possibility) and one with i5 (could be overclocked later if i buy cpu cooler)

i read a looot of forums and the xeon is the right for me

so i decided to get xeon e3 1231 v3 - its faster than 1230

i5 is a bit better in gaming but in all other the xeon wins

i think that there won't be no need to overclock
olmost all parts are blue or black ( only motherboard and gpu are yellow-.-)
i think this will easly perform all games on ultra
which gpu should i go for: sapphire r9 290 tri-x or gigabyte r9 290 windforce ?
i have only wifi router and laptop in my room, so should i buy anything else for new pc like for internet.. any cables?

you'd be better off getting an fx 8core cpu for games in the future that use more threads unless your getting an i7
