Hello everyone, as my name suggests, I'm a huge Asus fanboy :D  and I've decided I need to upgrade from an AMD Phenom and a $50 motherboard to a an i5 and a new mobo. I need the following things in the mobo:

HAS TO BE ASUS!
Needs to look cool ;)
SLI capability
4 ram slots
Decent CPU upgrade path

I'm looking for about $300-600 for both of them. The primary function will be gaming. I've got a decent Nvidia GPU but I want the option of SLI later. Any suggestions for either the motherboard or the CPU would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Steve

I'd get the Maximus VII Hero or Maximux VII Gene

Thanks for the help :D  For me cheaper is better and I think I can get away with an i5. I have a massive CPU cooler so I can overclock it to negate the clock speed difference.
