I recently overclocked my CPU from 3.5GHz to 4.1GHz and the temperatures were good, now that I check the temperatures again I noticed that they were bad, so I reverted my settings in BIOS to default. Right now I am testing my temperatures again in Prime95 and after like 10 minutes the temperature of the hottest core spiked up to 82C which makes me wonder what's wrong with my cooling. I think I may have messed up my CPU at when I was building my computer, I accidentally without knowing switched the cable for the pump that was supposed to go in the 12V CPU_fan slot(not sure what it's called) with the fan for the radiator which was supposed to go in the SYS_fan slot and I noticed that on idle my computer was getting really hot like up to 103C so I immediately turned off my computer and switched the cables and then it worked fine. Is there a way to fix this, like replace thermal paste or is my CPU messed up now?
