i have two graphic cards but i don't know how to change to the other one..

ok guys, so i have two graphic cards in my windows 7 laptop...
1) intel hd graphics 3000
2) radeon hd 6*** (i don't remember which model)

so when i'm using my pc the default card is the intel one...how i can use the radeon??

Solution
The discrete graphics chip is stronger but requires more power, lowering battery life.
Depending on the laptop, there may be several methods to select the higher power chip which would be better for gaming when plugged in.
Do you have a switch on the keyboard? perhaps labeled economy/power.
On the desktop. right click and look at graphics properties, there may be a selection there.
In control panel, power management, look at the power options particularly when plugged in.
You could try google with your particular laptop and radeon or discrete.

Never had one, but that question gets asked all the time.

It is supposed to switch automatically, when you run a more demanding program.

Just a general answer, but you only gave us general information.

A more detailed answer, would require knowing something about your laptop.
ie, name and model???
