You'll need to run a Stress Test to know if things are really stable, those seem like idle temps (Although still very good).

Download either:

- Prime95, usually the go-to for Stress Testing, it will, like a few others, let you know of any failures along the way.
- OCCT
- Intel Burn Test, despite the name, not technically an official software from Intel. Can't say as I've ever used it, but evidently it's the most aggressive.
I suppose Furmark is also an option. I'm not keen on it personally though.

Monitor all of your temps and frequencies using one of the popular software's for doing so. CoreTemp, HWMonitor, SpeedFan or CPU-Z. Each have their own...

Your overclock is looking pretty darn nice tbh. I'd be willing to bet that you could push slightly higher with the H105 too.
Run the test for as long as you feel comfortable with. 2 hours is usually the recommended figure, but it varies. Some people like to run it for at least 24 hours, but then, some people also like to use their computer from time to time.
