Hey everyone,
I was wondering whether anyone could help me with this problem. I was on Windows Vista 32 bit this morning and everything was fine until I installed Windows 8 pro 64 bit, I formatted everything and installed it. There were no graphical glitches during the installation process, but right after I booted I got lots of boxes covering my screen as shown by the screenshots. I tried installing the latest graphics driver (337.88) and the latest motherboard driver but it didn't help, and it made one of the fans very noisy too for a few seconds. The graphical problems even take place in safe mode!

My PC:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 @ 2.33Ghz
Nvidia Geforce GTX 750Ti
8gb Ram
Gigabyte EP43-UD3L
Windows 8 pro 64bit

Thanks in advance

My gut tells me its the VRAM on your graphics card. However you might want to re-seat the graphics card in the PCI-E slot. Also remove and replace the PCI-E power connector. If you have more than one PCI-E power connector try a different one.

If you exhaust all that, do you have another graphics card you can try?

Also you didn't mention your power supply. Even though the 750Ti doesn't have the hugest power draw, it could be a factor if your power supply is borderline.
