Start in Safe Mode and re-install the driver.

download display drivers from another pc and put them on an external drive. While booting your damaged pc press F8, select safe mode. It should boot straight and install proper display drivers.

Can I do this with my screen not showing anything? How will I know if its working or not?

Safe mode uses generic Windows display drivers, so it should work enough to allow you to installed the current drivers.

This will work even when I accidentally got rid of the driver for my graphics card?

Yes, just download it again on another system and store on a USB drive.

Does your system also have an integrated video adapter? If so, power your system down and remove the stand alone video card. Then connect your display to the integrated video adapter port and try starting your system again.

If this works, you may need to adjust the video adapter settings in your BIOS to pick PEG or PCIe first, rather than the integrated controller.

Then, re-install the video card. Windows should see the "new" device and allow you to install drivers for it.
