again i need a help

have a Gigabyte G31m Es2l motherboard and recently added a new Zotac GT 630 graphics card
and now my pc restarts again n again and again n again .
While booting it restarts
While surfing it restarts
full specs
Gigabyte G31m Es2l motherboard
Zotac Gt 630
4 gb ram
intel E5500 processor
Win 7 pro 64 bit
Also while booting it shows cpu speed = 1.8 Ghz but it is 2.8 Ghz

A discrete card like the GT630 draws more power. You likely need a 330w psu.

varying speeds are probably normal. It is speedstep reducing the speed when it is not needed.

thanks for solution but when i removed that card it still restarted 2 times
if there is no solution for this plz tell me
i will send that crap cpu to junk yard

It is unlikely that your problem is the cpu.
It is also unlikely to be the graphics card since your pc was working before you added it.

My most likely guess is the psu. Exactly what psu make/model do you have?
A cheap psu will deteriorate over time and give you those symptoms.
If you suspect the psu, and replace it with a larger quality unit, I would agree with that.
Such a psu can be used in a future build.

If you think it is the motherboard which is the next most likely part, I would not bother throwing more money at an obsolete pc.
