Multiple keyboard problems (Unsure if related)

So the keyboard itself is not very old, it's maybe about a year old give / take a few months. But recently I've been having odd problems with it that seems software / driver related.

The first problem I've encountered occurred while I was playing a game[CS GO]. I was just playing, and I think what caused the problem was I held down the shift or ctrl key, because what happened afterwards was that my ENTIRE keyboard just started acting weird. Whenever I pressed a key, any key, my keyboard would beep. however, the game was still functioning perfectly, and I was still able to use my mouse normally.
I then learned that if I held down a certain key, for example the "a" key, it would then respond in the game. So say for example I held down the a key for about 4-5 seconds, it would then respond on my computer as a single "a" keystroke. So I restarted my computer, and it was fixed. However this has happened twice more and the only solution I know is to restart my computer.

The second problem I've encountered happened while I was playing a different game[maplestory], I was talking to somebody, but when I typed "y", it repeatedly typed out Y as if I were holding it. My keyboard also stopped responding again but this time it wasn't beeping like in my first problem, and even if I held down a key, nothing would happen. It just kept on typing the letter Y by itself, my only solution was again to restart my computer.
My third problem is most likely related to my second as it's pretty similar, I was just moving my character using the arrow keys(same game), and it then acted as if I were holding down the left arrow key, and again my entire keyboard became unresponsive.
Same situation with my second problem just different key.

In all problems, the only solution I came to was to either restart my computer, or to replug my keyboard into my computer, but sometimes for whatever reason, after replugging my keyboard, my entire computer then froze and keyboard wouldn't even respond to being connected(normally keyboard would light up indicating that it was plugged in, but in this situation it remained unlit). I would then restart my computer.

I apologize for such a lengthily problem and I truly appreciate those who help. I wanted to make sure I was completely thorough and detailed and to make sure I didn't leave anything else. I will gladly provide any further details if needed.
I'm running windows 8.1, and my keyboard is a Logitech G110.

The USB thing - USBs are separated into two categories - powered, and unpowered, and some devices will only work in the powered one. There is no visible way to tell the difference, so your keyboard probably requires powered USB, and so works in the one and only powered USB slot you have.

My next recommendation would be to scan your PC with every anitimalware software you can find, starting with Malwarebytes, until the problem is solved - because the sort of problem you're having is exactly the sort of weirdness that malware and related rubbish can cause (I'm presuming you're running good up-to-date antivirus such as BitDefender and have run a full scan)

Beyond that, it's probably down to drivers - check your keyboard and chipset...

Hav u got an alternative keyboard to try? Also try different USB slots, and try removing all other USB devices

With these steps you should be able to diagnose which device, or combination of devices, is causing the issue

No I do not, and the keyboard only works oddly enough, on one USB port on my entire PC.
And when I attempt to reconnect my keyboard to that port after it becomes unresponsive, it often crashes my computer forcing me to restart anyways.
