Solution ThatVietGuy Jul 20, 2014 Remove the paste with some rubbing alcohol and a cloth that will leave little lint. To reapply use this guide - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/thermal-paste-heat-sink-heat-spreader,3600-5.html I usually put a drop the size of a pea on the center of the CPU and let the heat sink do the rest.
