i wanna try out gaming on a pc so i want a good graphics card, need a good motherboard for everything to run smoothly and for it to not fry, memory doesn't seem that expensive so i could get the g skill sniper(8gig) the intel i5 quad core processor seems pretty good.

But I don't know how to manage a good budget unlike some of the people on here so I need help with getting the biggest bang for my buck and creating a build!

You must get a cheaper CPU to get a better GPU the AMD Fx-6300 runs awesome withou any problem! So at your budget I prefer you must get the AMD FX-6300 and a MSI Radeon R9 270x 2Gb it will run games like Call Of Duty and Battlefield on ULTRA you will get a average FPS at 35-40+

Left room for the OS or a GPU upgrade to the 280x if you wanted. Uses the Haswell refresh CPU/Mobo, good quality PSU (not a fan of the Corsair Cx power supplies -Chinese capacitors :() high quality components overall. No Overclocking in this build the i5 4460 is locked and so is the mobo.

i wouldn't get the i7 because the i5 i chose does just about the same but if you're looking to over clock then get a k series. the battery i wouldn't see why you would change it
