Hi, I am looking for a budget GPU to support (3) 27 in. monitors without using the display port connections. I will not be playing game, mainly use it for online stock trading and sometimes my kids will watch youtube videos and movies. My processor is Intel Core I5. I prefer the GPU supports crossfire X, just in case I need more monitors in the future. Which brand is better XFX or Sapphire? Is powercolor reliable? Below are my 3 choices base on price and reviews.

1ST: Sapphire Dual-X 100365L R9 270
2nd: Sapphire Dual-X 100370L R7 265
3rd: XFX R9-270-CDFC R9 270

Please let me know if there are others that are better.
Thanks

Do or don't? If do there is no problem. If don't, just use an active DP to DVI adapter. To get my setup going I bought two.

The center monitor is on DVI, the TV off screen on the right is on HDMI, and the two side monitors are each on an active mDP to DVI adapter. ~$30 from amazon. Sounds like you'd only need one. As I've been saying, if you go AMD, you'll need one. Nvidia supports more over non DP plugs, so if you are dead set on not getting an adapter, get an nvidia card. From the 7xx series.

The 290 will work, but that's way more card and money then he needs.

All of them are reliable. Get the XFX or the Sapphire because they are R9 instead of R7.

you going nvidia then get a gtx 760 it comes with 3 free games so i guess you and your kids could play it (if they want). you could also buy those adapters and get the r9 270 it comes with 3 games also.

So I got the active displayport hdmi adapter. So now it works using 2 dvi outputs and 1 displayport output. I contacted the sapphire tech and they said if all 3 monitors are the same brand and model then you dont need to use displayport output. However, if they are not the same brand and model you need to use the displayport out.
