Well this question is quite obvious... I mean look at watch dogs everyone knows that its quite a shit game and shitty optimized as well as the graphics were downgraded and still runs shit. You may be wondering why I'm using the word "Shit" so often and its simply because the game is shit... basically.

Also the Division hasn't come out yet but the graphics ofcourse will be better judging from the Gameplay trailers, but ofcourse they can just downgrade them and lie to us all yet again, but I think they learned their lesson with Watch Dogs.

EDIT: Don't buy watchdogs the gameplay is quite repetitive and boring after a little bit of playing
