Hello,

I have a unique problem. I googled everywhere but I wasn't able to find a solution nor a similar problem like mine. I have a DELL700m with windows7 installed. The problem which I have is that whenever I play an HD video(720p and above) the display is horrible, Screen shot: http://www.imagesup.net/di-1414058854090.png .Otherwise my machine works fine it plays HDTV videos( which are usually 500p or less) fine also the playback in all video qualities is smooth the only problem is with display. I see only two minor problems with my machine, 1: the copy of windows is not genuine windows keep sending activation notification. 2: I have to plug my laptop all the time as it dosnt have a battery. I usually use VLC to watch videos I tried using other player such as K-lite codec and windows media player. The display is fine in windows media player but it stucks too much and K-lite codec pack pixelates ( gray screen) almost all the time although playback is smooth. I almost have tried using all the solutions I could find on the internet but none helped..Any genuine help will be highly appreciated

I am sure I did, as I have drivermax installed in my laptop, also I tried Asus eee-pc(windowsxp) and it had the same problem...Btw, I am sure that the problem is not with the videos that I have, they are all from trusted sources and works fine on my PC..

Drivermax? Go to the GPU/IGP manufacturer site and download the appropriate drivers.
