3ds max,autocad,rhino systems suggestions

Hi there,I'm new here and I basically don't really understand about computers,I need a suggestion for a decent mobile workstation since I'm still a student I'm looking for something under 3000$
I put interest at dell precision m4800
I7 extreme 4GHZ,16GB RAM,QUADRO K2100M
Or maybe you guys can give me another recomendation,

You don't want to use 3DS and AutoCAD on a laptop. The reason being is that low power CPUs and GPUs won't be as good as their desktop counterparts, and laptops will depreciate extremely quickly in value because they can't be upgraded, and by the time you go to sell it won't be worth 1/3 of what you paid for it. On the other hand you could do an mITX / mATX build and still get the full power of a desktop, but the best thing to do would be to build it yourself.
