Hey everyone. I'm going to be doing a lot of research on my new gaming PC build. I want to future proof this new build as much as possible (whatever that means!) so I figured that I would start with the most important component: the motherboard. I want to get the best motherboard for gaming available. I know ASUS has the killer ROG series boards and that's what I was looking at getting (specifically the Maximum VII Hero). I know Intel is releasing their "broadwell" cpu's in the near future so I definitely want to use an LGA 1150 socket and also I want to be able to add another graphics card in a couple of months after the build. So what's the BEST gaming mobo out there guys?

The motherboard is not the most important component.

Save some money and get a mid-range Asrock that allows for SLI. That's all you'll need.
