New pc case fans keep making clicking noise?

I added 2 coolermaster sickleflow led fans to the top of my pc case. After a couple days one of them starting making a clicking noise that is super annoying and i can hear with headphones on. So i took it back and got another new one and 4 days later both of my top case fans are making clicking noises while the front fan sucking air in and the back fan blowing out are completely fine even though they look cheap compared to the coolermaster fans i bought. I have tried making the screws tighter and looser but it makes no difference. I have one plugged in to the motherboard in the last fan spot on there and one plugged in to the power supply. I have had to unplug them because i cant stand the noise. I moved my pc onto my desk when i changed the first fan out but it made no difference. The sound seems to be coming from the very middle of the fans. Is it the fans or is my case doing something that makes them break?

Solution
The coolermaster sickleflow are sleeve bearing fans. They are meant to be mounted vertically for rear exhaust or front intake.

The fans in the link below are Fluid Circulative Bearing. The brand isn't well known or all that great but there won't be any clicking and the fans aren't too bad especially for the price. I am still waiting for the 4 pack to drop back to $10 again before I buy them since I didn't buy them the last time they were $10 for the 4 fans.

I'm going to take a guess that the blades are hitting something, with the system off, turn the blades by hand & see if you identify where/what they are hitting, could be a cable, screen, part of the case. . .

When my first fan started making noise that was the first thing i checked. I even superglued the wires on one of them thinking the led wires were hanging too low but it made no difference. Ive had three of these fans on the top of my case so far and all of them end up the same. Also for some strange reason if i take the side door off my case the noise will get a little quieter but it still clicks. The clicking sounds like one of those radiation meter things. it is constant and ive had to unplug the fans. All three fans ive used on top have had the same thing happen after like 2 to 5 days of use.

If you've checked that it's not hitting anything else, (this is a PIA), take the fan out of the case, but leave it plugged in. Hold it vertical & power up, if the fan makes noise, its the fan. Turn it horizontal, noise, its the fan, quiet in both positions, either mounting it is bending the fans body causing the ticking, or its hitting something.

K its not hitting anything. The fan i replaced made noise when held horizontal and one of the fans i have here makes noise when horizontal but other one doesnt. All of them work fine vertically and if i flip them over to push air down instead of out they wont make the clicking sound. I want them mounted to the top pushing the air out though.. My pc is brand new and the top of the case has no damage to it it looks perfectly fine. Just trying to figure out if i need a different fans because these literally last a day then start clicking.

Thanks for the awnsers guys i really dont know why they would die out after 2 days of being horizontal but after all the troubleshooting ive done that must be why they are dying. I will pick up some new fans and hopefully they will work thanks.

I have this same problem but with intake in the front and only the front bought new fans a couple of times now doesn't do anything could it be the fan connector on my mb?
