Check and see if you can click on the Ease of Access button at the bottom left of the password screen. If you can't get it to bring up the menu try hitting Ctrl and Alt together. I get this all the time due to the filter keys function somehow triggering... because nothing is more "Ease of Access" than not being able to enter your password, right? Generally this will allow you to enter your password again.

I think this happens sometimes as a consequence of using Ctrl+Alt+Del to lock your computer.
I think you need to give us a clearer idea of what's going on because your post doesn't make a lot of sense to me, and due to the lack of replies on this thread, probably everybody else too. I've never, ever, seen a message about a laptop being "projected" or gotten a message to update drivers. What kind of computer do you have and what are your system specs? Was it working fine before you upgraded to 8.1?

Yes it was working fine before........it is an hp laptop with core 2 duo processor and 3 GB ram.....the problem is that I cannot enter my password because I can not click on any thing.....but the system is not hanged.....sorry for bad english

That's ok bro. I kinda figured it was a language barrier. Just take it slow and easy and we'll do our best to help. Sounds like the usb drivers are not working maybe. Is your mouse USB? Is your keyboard USB? If the keyboard works you should be able to hit Tab until it selects the box where you need to input your password and then just type your password. If the keyboard isn't working either and if it's a usb keyboard you almost definitely have a driver problem. I'm not sure why but you're like the second person in 24 hours with no keyboard or mouse issues after installing the 8.1 update. I'll check into this for you.

I have a similar problems after updating my wireless driver. Windows boots normally but what happens is that login screen doesn´t open, usually after clicking any key login screen opens with a field for password. But I click select in left bottom corner acessability options, on right bottom corner Turnoff options.
