What "modern" and upcoming games would I be able to play with this computer until I have to upgrade?

Raidmax is overall a horrible PSU brand to aim for. and unless you're planning to get something like two 780ti's in the not-so-far future, 500-550W is more than plenty to run two 750ti's.

can't tell, but if that's a single 8gb memory kit, go get a 2x4GB kit instead. running RAM in dual channel can make a helluva lot of difference.

other than that, it's an acceptable build. if you want to improve gaming performance, consider getting a non-K i5, like the i5-4430, to save up on costs to get a better graphics card. if you wanna save further & you're not looking to run 2 card in SLI/CF, along with the non-K i5, you can also consider getting an...
