I woke up this morning to my computer acting really strange. When I started it up, and logged on, it was extremely laggy. Even moving my mouse a crossed the screen was jittery and slow. Prior to today it worked beautifully, I could play any high resolution game I wanted, now I can barely move this google chrome window acrossed the screen. It gets better and worse but right now it isnt very bad. But if I tried to start up csgo it would slow down to the point I would need to restart it. I feel like this is a graphics problem but not a hardware issue.

ANY input would be greatly appreciated!

I posted a video on youtube that shows whats going on. It is on one of its better cycles on the video. What happens to the window would eventually happen to the mouse and it would get incredibly laggy to the point it froze.

try installing malwarebytes and do a full PC scan. it sounds like you may have accidentally installed some third-party software along with some other program you've downloaded.

I would start by making sure everything is up to date(windows, drivers, anti virus program, etc...) and then run scans. You can download Revo Uninstaller and use it to remove unwanted programs like death90055 is talking about. You said your temps are good? Have you tried testing for stability like with Prime95? Worst case scenario is you could re-install windows.

Yeah death is right. I got frustrated and started to think it was my card, so I unplugged it planning to try integrated to see if it was any better. I was basically too lazy to take out the whole card so I just plugged it back in and what do you know, it worked fine again! :)  Right now i'm just waiting to see if it comes back.....

Oh and I think I forgot to mention I re installed nvidias drivers like 10 times ;) .
