Hi. I am building my first pc and am having some issues with post booting.
Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte H97m-D3H
CPU: i5-4690
GPU: Asus Radeon R9-280(non-x)
Ram:Kingston KVR16N11S8 4gb ddr3 (x2)
PSU: Cooler master v750 750W.
It seems that that only 2 of my ram slots are working. When I would try to boot with the recommended 2 it would not boot. But the first 2 worked.
My second problem is when I would boot the gigabyte splash thing show for 1/2 a second then just go to a black screen in which I would only be able to move my mouse around and if I where to click I wouldn't be able to move it anymore.
