hey there guys, I recently ordered and received a new gaming PC from cyberpower and am having a few issues. I keep randomly getting BSODs for various issues including: Bad pool header, memory management, apc index mismatch, and page fault in nonpaged area. I've ran a memtest overnight for about 10 hours and received no errors, and I've also updated my nvidia and other drivers.

I also am just having weird issues all around, chrome will randomly open with different extensions being uninstalled all by themselves, certain programs will randomly crash, certain windows things wont open (audio mixer, control panel, to name a few) and games seem to crash a good bit. I also tend to have to 'repair' my game files every few days or so. I've no clue what is going on. I'm at my wits end and cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong with my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

all of your memory .dmps indicate kernal memory corruption. This can be caused by physical memory problems
With memtest passing, I would assume that you have a 3rd party driver that is corrupting your memory. windows loads the drivers in different areas and a bad driver will often corrupt the data structures of the driver next to it.
You have several issues listed below. I would focus on updating the drivers and retesting to see if you get a bugcheck. If you continue to get bugcheck you will have to use the windows command verifier.exe and set some debug flags that will cause windows to bugcheck when the corruption first occurs rather than wait until it tries to do cleanup routines. here is a pointer to how to use verifier.exe http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Invalid system memory was referenced.

I am not sure but the main windows driver win32k.sys attempted write to a bad address.
the image of win32k.sys in memory was not corrupted in the debugger so its data must be corrupted for some reason.
Since it is a common target of malware you will want to scan with malwarebytes as a quick check.
It could be another driver that is overwriting some kernal memory belonging to win32k.sys. I listed a few to things to look at:

looks like you might have a old nvidia audio driver (nvhda64v.sys) installed along with your current drivers

nvhda64v \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\nvhda64v.sys Thu Nov 28 05:38:09 2013
nvlddmkm \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys Thu Jun 12 17:18:13 2014
NvStreamKms \??\C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NvStreamSrv\NvStreamKms.sys Thu May 22 09:43:14 2014
nvvad64v \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\nvvad64v.sys Fri Mar 28 06:32:06 2014

you might also look for a update to
C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA Precision X\RTCore64.sys Sun Mar 10 22:32:06 2013
because of various known bugchecks

I would also update your realtek wireless adapter driver
rtl8192Ce.sys \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\rtl8192Ce.sys Wed Sep 12 19:51:52 2012

http://152.104.125.41/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=21&PFid=48&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

should select a rtl8192ce (and follow the link)

Hey there, thank you so much for the reply, it means a lot! I did a fresh install of windows just to be on the safe side and just finished updating ALL my drivers. one problem though, I couldn't find the exact driver for my wireless card, it wasn't on the list and I couldn't find it when i searched for it either :s. Did update the other driver you pointed out though, made sure to grab the ones I missed last time. Oddly, as soon as I finished installing windows and got to the desktop I had a memory management BSOD :(. Haven't had any more though since updating my drivers, will keep you posted with any future ones. It usually only happened every day or so before, so hoping that we've fixed it! (really don't feel like having to send my computer back to cyberpower for repairs, having to go that long with PC gaming is just sad :( )

Also, what do you mean by bugcheck? as in another memtest? I've never did any type of bugcheck besides prime95 and memtest96, just got a crap ton of bluescreens :p, sorry for not understanding.

Side note, ever since I did the fresh install of windows I have this weird ghosting issue. Whenever I drag a window across another, the one in the background is grayed out wherever they overlapped until I release the one I'm dragging around, any clue as to what might cause that?

EDIT: the ghosting is only over other windows, not the desktop. Kinda weird, it's nice and fluid over the desktop.

windows bugcheck is the same as what people call "blue screen" or BSOD ("blue screen of death")
the chipset for your wireless card was sold to a lot of vendors who then sold it under their name. All the vendors use the same drivers. You just have to find a more current one. Most often you find the name and model of your device, look it up on google but add the word "chipset" to the query to try to find what chip it uses. Then google the chipset number + the word driver to try to find a current driver. Kind of a pain.

not sure as to your ghosting issue, often it is caused by bad graphics cable connections (reflections of the electronic signal when they hit a physical connection on the graphics cable) ( but i don't think this is what you mean by ghosting)
