My computer screens go black (never blue), i then hear lots of really fast beeps for about 7 seconds then by computer begins to restart. (to clarify it didn't shut down but restarted itself). It then asks to boot in safe mode and when i do i get a Check for solutions box with the following information inside:

Ok i have looked at some of the dump files and they are all the same this is what they say:
On Wed 6/08/2014 9:34:54 AM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\080614-11653-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: nvlddmkm.sys (nvlddmkm+0x98BD1C)
Bugcheck code: 0x116 (0xFFFFFA800A480010, 0xFFFFF88005E43D1C, 0xFFFFFFFFC000009A, 0x4)
Error: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\nvlddmkm.sys
product: NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 337.88
company: NVIDIA Corporation
description: NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 337.88
Bug check description: This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 337.88 , NVIDIA Corporation).
Google query: NVIDIA Corporation VIDEO_TDR_ERROR

I worked out that it was to do with NVIDIA so i updated the drivers and software, but i still get the same issues with the same errors

Ok so i ran a memtest and after 5 hours came out with 0 errors. and i have used the GPU in different systems and it has worked fine but i find it hard to recreate the error. It may not help but i found that sometimes when i accidentally bump my computer or the desk it will also crash with the same error.
